Welcome to Luxe Flo Spa. We strive to provide every client with a personalized, positive, and professional experience. By booking an appointment or receiving services from Luxe Flo Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Appointments

When you book an appointment with Luxe Flo Spa, the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. Please provide accurate contact and appointment information when booking.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We ask that all clients cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Providing at least 48 hours' notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service and missed appointments ("no-shows") will be subject to a cancellation fee.

For services priced at $50 or less, the cancellation fee may be up to the full service price.

For services priced over $50, the cancellation fee will be $50 or 50% of the scheduled service price, whichever is greater.

This policy exists because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and may not be possible to fill on short notice.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, your deposit may be applied toward your rescheduled appointment.

Deposits are not refundable unless otherwise determined by Luxe Flo Spa.

4. Late Arrivals

We understand that traffic, parking, and unexpected circumstances can happen.

If you expect to arrive more than 5 minutes late, please contact the suite as soon as possible.

Depending on how late you arrive, we may need to shorten or modify your scheduled service to accommodate the remainder of the appointment schedule.

For example, a regular facial may need to be changed to an express facial if there is not enough time to complete the originally scheduled service.

The scheduled service price may still apply when a service is shortened due to a client's late arrival.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information that may be relevant to their services.

Before receiving a service, clients should inform Luxe Flo Spa of any relevant:

• Allergies or sensitivities;

• Medical conditions or circumstances that may affect the service;

• Medications or treatments that may be relevant;

• Skin or scalp conditions or other concerns; or

• Other information that may affect the safety or suitability of a service.

Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions or recommendations provided by Luxe Flo Spa.

6. Services & Individual Results

Services are provided based on the information provided by the client and the professional assessment made at the time of service.

Individual results may vary.

Luxe Flo Spa does not guarantee a particular result from any service, as results may depend on individual circumstances, skin type, hair or scalp condition, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare instructions, and other factors.

If you have questions or concerns about whether a service is appropriate for you, please discuss them with Luxe Flo Spa before your appointment.

7. Payment

Luxe Flo Spa accepts card payments.

Service prices are subject to change. The applicable price will be communicated or displayed at the time of booking or service.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed as required.

8. Website Information

Information provided on the Luxe Flo Spa website is intended for general informational purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Services, pricing, availability, descriptions, policies, photographs, and other website content may change without notice.
