We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before the 48 hour window, your deposit can be used for a reschedule.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice are subject to a cancellation fee. For services $50 or less, the full service amount will be charged. For services over $50, the fee is $50 or 50% of the service price, whichever is greater.

Will my service be shortened if I arrive late?
Depending on how late you arrive, your service may need to be shortened or modified so we can stay on schedule. For example, a regular facial may need to be changed to an express facial. The original service price will still apply.
